About Our Client Our client is a well known Water Treatment Chemical company.
Job Description Work with National Sales Manager (NSM) to develop annual Sales Target (Sales Volume & Sales Margin- NT & CM) based on analysis of historical sales data, market trends, customer's capability, etc. Work with NSM to develop Business Objectives to ensure year on year growth. Ensure achievement of Sales Target (Sales Volume & Sales Margin- NT & CM). Execute Business Objectives as agreed for respective region ( EX-JABODETABEK - Sumatra, Kalimantan, some parts of Java, etc). Promote sales of the new and/or targeted products, continuously identify opportunities to enter the new market and acquire new customers Propose and execute any required marketing programs by collaborating with Marketing & Product Management Team (exhibitions, advertising, promotional event) in respective region. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all customers. Collect & update important market information from industry (market price & situation, competition) on regular basis, propose any action plan if needed. Propose timely competitive price based on customer tier, MMA & freight updated price information to maximize volume and profits for Astari. Negotiate price with customers (if needed) to compete with competitors, propose to NSM / National Sales & Distribution Director according to each authority. Propose rebates program for selected distributors as necessary. Track monthly & quarterly achievements of volume sales against rebate scheme. Follow up for invoice payment to customers as per data from Credit Control to avoid overdue account receivable. Provide 6 month rolling forecasts on monthly basis. Propose Make to Stock (MTS) item for selected customer to ensure availability of products that are regularly sold and continuously monitor the inventory level to avoid any aging inventory. Facilitate & verify complaints & claims from customers according to company process and procedure. The Successful Applicant Experience in sales and distribution outside of Jabodetabek Industrial / building materials products (high quality industrial products/material) Wide range of product portfolio (in terms of product types and/or SKUs, +/- 100 SKUs) Experience in managing distributors / resellers of Industrial products Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia Minimum 7 years working experience with roles in Sales and min 3 years in managerial level Strong networking with various level people (Business owner, Director, Manager and operational team) Working independently with remote & minimal supervision Regular and frequent Business Travel are required Values : Agile, Sustainable, Transparent, Accountable, Resilience & Improve Continuously Based in Serpong when not traveling What's on Offer - Competitive Salary
