Sales Manager - Horeca

**About the Company**:
Our client is a well known and pioneer of packaged food and beverage company with the history of being market leader for its products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute strategic sales plan and program/activity for all channels based on budget allocation and target
- Lead sales from all offline channel B2B in Horeca Business
- Conduct regular (daily, weekly) monitoring on the program and adjust in order to achieve target
- Look for new potential customers for B2B, Wholesale and other Modern Trade account
- Actively monitoring the newest trend product in the market especially in restaurants and cafes
- Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships
- Work closely with product, R&D and marketing team for any new launches and NPDs

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 3-5 years experience related to sales in Horeca business
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess strong communication skills, coaching and people management skills
