The Sales Manager (Hospitality Industry) **for our client company** is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans within the hospitality sector. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team management. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue in the hospitality industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and event venues.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, Experienced 5 years work in Sales team
- Proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
