A Property Management Company in **Jakarta **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Sales Manager ( Full-Time, Jakarta Based)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts
- Provide accurate turnover to the event management team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base
- Conduct sales meetings in Jakarta and remotely manage sales members in Jogja
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through various activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips and trade shows
- Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations showcasing the hotel's offerings
- Create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials highlighting the hotel's amenities and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted promotional campaigns
- Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and support closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual arrangements
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
- Gain understanding of the location's primary target customers and service expectations
- Serve the customers by understanding their business, issues and concerns as well as offering better business solutions
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and market trends to management
**Requirements**:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven 2 years of working experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality industry or in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a Boutique hotel would be a plus
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or in a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service and market dynamics within the Hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets to showcase a successful track record in driving revenue growth
- Willingness to travel out of town for an extended period of time
