Company DescriptionMcEasy, Indonesia's leading web and mobile logistic system, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our ever-growing team.You will work closely with our Marketing and Commercials team to meet the targeted number of sales.**Job Description**:- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them- Ensure that company' sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Sales/Telemarketing Manager (mandatory)- Experienced in handling a minimum of 50 sales staffs/salesforces, either Telemarketing or direct sales.- Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement- Proactive and initiative behavior at work- Strong people management and administration skills- Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting- Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word- Strong analytical skills- Willing to be placed in SurabayaAdditional Information
