Your tasks: Meet and exceed sales goals by finding new customers and increasing market share through smart strategies. Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs. Handle complaints from customers. Relationship building with customers. Research of the market and related products. Presenting the technology in a structured professional way face-to-face. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries within the assigned area Reacting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Gathering market and customer information. Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Broad experience as Sales Manager Strong understanding of blown film technology. Familiarity with blown film companies as well as plastic film converters in Indonesia You enjoy being on the road and consult our customers on-site. Proven ability to identify and pursue new customer opportunities. Advanced comprehension of production processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
