**Position Summary**:
- Sales Manager Neuroscience is person that responsible for sales performance Neuroscience products in East region by developing sales strategy, supervise, coaching & development on selling skill, communication skill and negotiation skill the Associate Product Specialist / Product Specialist
- Build relationship with stakeholder in private and government channel related with Mental Health Program and define mental health's education program for all related stake holder in all Indonesia
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve the sales target, SFE KPI for all team member on area responsibility
- Developing sales strategy, supervise, coaching & development on selling skill, communication skill and negotiation skill the Associate Product Specialist / Product Specialist
- Build relationship with stake holder of private and government healthcare facilities.
- Activation education program for HCP especially Psychiatry
- Support PS / APS in listing BPJS products in Key Mental Hospital & Key Government hospital
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical representative
- Familiar with MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation and building relationship with stakeholder
- Highly motivated and target driven on sales achievement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to communicate in English (intermediate level)
- Bachelor's Degree in discipline
- Minimum 2 year working experience as Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Similar Role
- Able to influence & negotiation with stake holder
- Familiar with any related of BPJS procedure in public sector will be an advantage.
- Strong networking with Psychiatry will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Field Work
- Reporting line: Commercial Lead, this role leads a team of 5
