Sales & Marketing Lead - Fintech

**What You Will Do**
- Leading Fintech-Payment Sales & Marketing projects & initiatives to serve the performance growth by doing excellent execution including ideations, execution and monitoring
- Leading the marketing communications and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Managing product growth and improvement related to marketing to support business performance, e.g: personalization, automation, discoverability
- Driving end to end strategy for key campaigns and liaising with stakeholders e.g: cross functional collaboration and strategic partnership (internal & external)
- Help to monitor the fintech-payment growth of OKR numbers to help BU achieving the numbers by designing strategic initiatives and deciding on the actionable items related to marketing, at the same time managing the business sustainability by doing promo optimization
- Managing all promo planning and promo results
- Aligning and reporting promo budget to FT-PY leaders & COFE
- Creating insights and assisting the team for every marketing initiative/strategy based on historical learnings
- Creating projections and estimation when executing campaigns

**What This Role Needs**
- 7-10 working experience in marketing/business/growth background
- 5 years experience of managing team
- Preferably having growth in banking/fintech business
