Sales Marketing Online

Manage and develop online store presence on Marketplaces (Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Monitor and update product postings, prices, and inventory on Marketplaces.
- Create promotional programs and ads on Marketplaces.
- Understand and master the products marketed by the Company.
- Ensure timely delivery of consumer goods by coordinating with the warehouse department.
- Foster good relationships with consumers by responding to inquiries and/or consumer complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor trends in the Marketplace.
- Conduct Live Sales according to the company's schedule.
- Male/Female, Max. 30 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Sales/Marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work based on predetermined targets.
- Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office/Spreadsheet).
- Proficient in Photoshop/editing software (Attach Portfolio).
- Mastery of digital Ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads) is a plus.
- Work from office (WFO) in Surabaya.
