Sales Support

Assisting account manager in managing merchants.
- ?Handling merchants inquiries and solving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- ?Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure we can serve our merchants best.
- ?Assisting the onboarding of new merchants and provides training when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience of administrative, account management or operations support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experienced in handling and dealing with multiple stakeholders (stakeholders management experience).
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment.
- Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular.
- Good communication skills and can work as a team.
