**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training and Development Manager to join our Sales Academy team within the corporate learning development department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive curriculum and training programs for our sales department, aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of our sales team members and facilitating career growth opportunities within the sales organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a robust curriculum for the sales department, encompassing various levels of expertise and career progression paths, from sales representatives to sales managers.
- Design and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and educational materials to equip sales professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and HR to identify skill gaps and training needs within the sales team, and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and product developments to ensure up-to-date and relevant training content.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to sales employees to foster continuous learning and development and facilitate career advancement opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for training activities, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant enrollment, ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives.
- Monitor training attendance and completion rates, track training metrics, and provide regular reports to management on training activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience creating curriculum or training materials for sales departments, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, focusing on the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in Training and Development are a plus.
