**Job Description**:
- Capability Assessment: conduct comprehensive assessment to identify current organizational capabilities, strength, weaknesses, and gaps
- Strategic Alignment: collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's strategic goals and objectives
- Capability Development: Design and implement plans to develop and enhance critical capabilities, required to meet strategic objectives
- Process improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline capabilities
- Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness capabilities
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that employees adapt to new processes and technologies effectoively
- Training and development: identify training needs and provide learning opportunities to employees to enhance their capabilities
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in capability management, strategic planning, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and training
- Have experience doing TNA (Training Need Analysis) and development capability for sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies
- Have experience in sales & seller operation is a plus point
