Job Description An acting consultant to the SEA leadership team, you are to drive key change initiatives related to their people, covering people processes and systems, and policy changes. Provide consultancies on end-to-end HR scope i.e. Recruitment, performance management, people development, compensation & benefit Ensure engagement with employees and leaders across business Support change management initiatives within global and regional scale Ensure the company's employee policies, practices and procedures are implemented consistently and provide solutions for areas that need review Leading team members in HR The Successful Applicant Bachelor in relevant field of studies with a minimum of 8 years experience in managing end-to-end HR with particular focus in business partnering Hands on experience in generalist HR responsibilities with updated knowledge of local manpower regulations and policies Proven experience and willingness in providing daily operational HR capability, at the same contributing to strategic direction of policy and processes High level of emotional intelligence, ability to deal with leadership stakeholders and employee of all levels Speaks fluent English, prior experience in dealing with international companies are highly desirable What's on Offer Work with one of the most leading brands in the field.
