The annual base salary for this role's listed level is currently (IDR36.000.000 – IDR 48.000.000). Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Increased of salary is given every 6 – 12 months, with an increase of 10-20%.
