- Having minimum 2 years of working experience as Secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experienced working in Japanese Companies would be a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Job Description:
- In charge of document management and mail management.
- Providing translation support in various situations.
- Handling of meetings with visitors, reservations, and settlement of expenses.
- Other general secretarial duties.
