Persyaratan

25-30 years old.

Hold Bachelor's degree in any major.

Have at least 3 years experience as Tenant Relation Officer.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business level).

Excellent Microsoft Office skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good personality, communication skill, and teamwork ability.

Willing to learn attitude.

Have good business manner.

Have basic technical knowledge about building.

Tenant relation experience in office building.

Willing to be involved in other building operation matters.

Able to speak Business level Japanese.

Tanggung Jawab

Be the window person when the tenant would like to request or complain anything about building.

Maintain good relationship with all tenants.

Explain the building rules also related website (AC overtime system, JMT Portal site, Face Recognition System), when the tenant moves to Jakarta.

Create and revise building announcement, building regulation and relevant documents.

Other related tasks as assigned.
