**Duties**:
This position provides administrative support for all RSO programs to assist Foreign Service National Investigators in administrative preparation of background investigations on over 1300 FSN employees, new contractors and maintain the employees files ensuring clearances revalidated every five years.
Incumbent also assist in correspondence to the Indonesia National Police to support Foreign Service National Investigator and processing of all embassy requests for security services, including assist the RSO OMA to process all the embassy badge requests.

**EXPERIENCE**: 2 years progressively administrative management experiences is required

**EDUCATION**: 2 year diploma is required plus vocational training (office management skills).

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.

The certification letter should be on letterhead of the appropriate military branch of the service and contain (1) the military service dates including the expected discharge or release date; and (2) the character of service.
