**Job responsibilities**:
We are looking for an energetic, resilient, and empathic **Account Executive** to help drive our business-to-business sales and contribute to the growth of our company. The **Account Executive** is responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
To be a successful **Account Executive**, you should attend networking events to attract and retain clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding Account Executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services consistently exceed expectations. **An extensive experience in B2B sales of human resources management services or LMS is strongly desirable**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Developing rapport with key decision-makers
- Negotiating contracts with clients to secure new business deals or to amend existing contracts as needed
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Preparing reports that track sales activity, costs, and profits or losses on specific projects
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Monitor industry news and developments to stay up to date on potential opportunities
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
**Requirements**:
- **At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or sales within the Human resources management services or LMS industry**, with a proven record of sales growth
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Consistently exceeded monthly sales goals and exceeded quota expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
- Exceptional project management skills
- Resourceful with outstanding research skills
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Can independently and as part of a team
- **Ability to work in a hybrid setting in South Jakarta**
Pay: Rp313,659,000 - Rp548,903,250 per year
