We are currently seeking a
**_Senior Account Manager (PPE)_** to join our
**_Sales_** team in our
**_Indonesia_** office. Reporting to the
**_Senior Sales Manager,_** your focus will be
**_a key role within the sales department, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic accounts in Indonesia_**. This position involves driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts in Indonesia.
- Understand the customers' business objectives, challenges, and needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop account strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to align strategies with overall business objectives.
- New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the Indonesian market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Relationship Management:

- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Understand the customers' evolving needs and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Solution Delivery and Value Creation:

- Work closely with the product and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Understand the customers' pain points and propose value-added solutions to address their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
- Address any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their ongoing success and loyalty.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries or problems.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior position.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
