**YOUR ROLE**:
- Fixed Assets & Lease Monitoring (liase with Project Leader for any capitalization, transfer, disposal, depreciation monitoring, IFRS 16 clearing & monitoring, physical check assets)
- Prepare monthly manual journal entry
- Monitor monthly closing and reviewing monthly E6 report (including monitoring and analyzing monthly expenses)
- Review E6/E7 (PL & BS)
- Assist Financial Controller during annual local statutory audit
- Providing the relevant document/information such as BSPL, GL, nature of transaction"
- Review budget of functional finance cost
- Assist during tax audit
- Providing the relevant document/information such as BSPL, GL, audited report, nature of transaction, nature of adjustment"
- Annual inventory stock taking
- Balance sheet reconciliation (GRIR monitoring and clean up, Rebate reconciliation & monitoring, Bonus/THR/Pension/Other Provision, Professional Fee Provision, Other Asset/Other Liabilities, Prepayment monitoring, Taxation balance)
- Liase with PTP controlling team for accurate invoice & PRF booking and clearing of outstanding transaction (including suspense)
- Point of contact for any bookkeeping related queries
- Ad-hoc project - Digitalization, M&A
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bachelor/Master degree from reputable local/overseas University
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a accounting/audit/finance (ex auditor preferable)
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP)
- Willing to perform controlling analysis, reporting and budget planning
- A highly motivated team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning
- Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Superior analytical and digitalization skills
- International Certification (ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, CPA-Aust) preferable
