**Detailed Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts
- Processing payroll
- Handling payments to vendors, consultants, and reimbursement claims
- Managing Petty Cash in accordance with company policy
- Ensuring compliance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Preparing Financial Statements and management reports
- Assisting the Auditor in auditing the Financial Statement
- Reconciling bank statements and verifying the accuracy of financial data
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements**Qualifications**:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sarjana Akuntansi) or CPA
- Proficient in accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office
Pay: Rp800,000,000 - Rp1,600,000,000 per month
