Senior Analyst, Solutions and Proposal, Indonesia
The position will be based in our JLL office in Jakarta, Indonesia, and you will report to the Head of Solutions & Proposal, SEA and Senior Manager, SEA.
You will be responsible for supporting sales pursuits and competitive renewals. This includes ensuring adherence to all bid processes and documentation, conducting formatting, proofreading, and copy checking, identifying bid/proposal process improvements and best practice, and using your knowledge of competition, processes, clients, and sectors/domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response or solution.
You will also be responsible for drafting, editing, and reviewing proposals, presentations, selling documents, and other messaging materials from inception to completion. This is all guided by our globally adopted methodology and processes.

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and proposal writing, then we have the perfect opportunity for you. As part of the Solutions Development team, you will work side by side with our sales leads to unlock prospective clients by working on service proposals, presentations, and documents to be used in client pitches. Your role is also central in securing Contracts and developing a pipeline for future endeavors. Other activities will include the following:
Develop and deliver high-quality bids that meet the needs of our clients
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
Assess financial and operational risks for JLL, as well as evaluating the alignment of proposed solution with commercial model
Produce consistent high quality, customer focused tender responses within allocated time frames
Work with creative teams to enhance visual impact of tender responses / presentations
Strategizing business growth
We are looking for a Solutions & Proposal individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality solutions and proposals that help us achieve our sales goals. You will also be responsible for driving alignment across various business lines and ensuring that we are continuously improving our proposal process.
Participate as part of the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions & best practices across the business.

Monitor & highlight continuous improvement and development opportunities
Work closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain bid library and other relevant business development collateral
