**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
You are responsible for achieving sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision.
Owning the campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies.
**REPORTS TO**:Head of New Categories
**REPORTING LEVEL**:Individual Contributor
**GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE**: Local
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Define brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix product specification and communications, in line with consumer group strategy
- Develop and implement local marketing mix elements, ensuring that solutions are developed and or adapted in adherence to brand manifesto and guidelines
- Understand consumers value drivers, brand choice drivers and performance dynamics
- Strong business acumen to manage the brand as a business
- Actively collaborate across function & streams as required on campaign end to end planning, execution, monitoring, building insights to action report
- Investigate opportunities for product differentiation, which can support brand positioning
- Determine and maintain the proper metrics for tracking current and future growth experiments
**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
- Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with cross-functional teams
- Earn trust from internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple projects and balance contending priorities in a rapidly change environment
- Deliver KPI targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
- Deliver category growth, market penetration and growing base of active users
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum 5-8 years working experiences in brand management
- With FMCG's background in a marketing and/or similar roles
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and a creative, but logical mind
- As a good communicator and manager, you must be able to deal with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
- Naturally, you'll have a commercial approach and the ability to take the initiative and make decisions.
- You'll also need to be a strong self-starter, with a willingness to take responsibility and get things done in a pressured environment
