Senior Business Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a marketing team.

Set clear goals and provide feedback for improvement.

Create and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content.

Ensure consistency and quality across all content.

Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts.

Communicate plans and results to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of marketing experience, at least 1 years in a leadership role.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

Willing to relocate and work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
