Senior Credit Analyst (Fintech P2P)

Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia**What You Will Do**:- Reviews customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues, while minimizing risk and maximizing credit quality.- Ensure adherence to the laid down policies and procedures for the smooth running of the division.- Providing valuable feedback on current procedures and policies, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.- Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.- Developing and implementing credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to optimize credit operations.- Validating the collateral offered for loans to ensure its authenticity and value.- Generating informative data reports to fulfill inquiry requirements.Collaborating closely with relationship managers and other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.**What We Are Looking For**:- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in credit analysis and/or credit marketing within esteemed banking institutions in reputable banks.- Domicile in Jakarta area (This position is Full Work From Office (WFO) and based in Menara Prima, Kuningan - Jakarta).- Strong proficiency in credit analysis and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.- In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis.- Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.- Attention to detail.- Prior experience in multi-finance, peer-to-peer lending, or banking industries is highly desirable.
