Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:Mainly responsible for customer inquiries, complaints, after-sales, return visits and other operations to solve customer service needs.- Familiar with product functions, in-depth understanding of user needs- Provide services through online communication, support multi-business customer service needs, and provide high standards of service- Collect and organize customer feedback and contact with customers to help them solve problemsQualifications:- Capable of speaking English and Indonesian, ability to speak Chinese is preferred- More than two years of customer service or technical support work experience- Strong communication skills and problem solving ability, able to handle problems with efficiency and accuracy- Strong initiative and anti-stress ability, with patienceRp 8.000.000-10.000.000/Month
