**Job Deskripsi**
- Supervise and control Electrical & Instrument work efficiently and effectively including developing operating standards and procedures, as well as improving operations.
- Implement & monitor the performance of electrical and instrumentation systems, alarm and protection devices, and systems.
- Ensuring satisfactory operation at all times.
- Identifying opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
- Identifying, accounting for, and reviewing electrical equipment and instrument consumables, critical spare parts, and equipment.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of power distribution equipment (i.e. protection relays, transformers, electric motors, control valve actuators, etc.).
- Preference for POP certification.
- Fluent with PLC /SCADA.
- Understand problem-solving methods including root cause analysis.
- High motivation, good teamwork, and ability to work independently.
