Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The _**_Senior_**_ _**_Financial Planning Analyst_**_ main responsibilities are:_
- _ Creating and updating complete financial model (including dashboard) in Microsoft Excel format to project future financial performance on basis of historical data and available operating metrics. The financial model covers all business lines within Sanusa Medika group._
- _ Conducting financial analysis and scenario modeling based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access business risk having impact on the determined financial model._
- _ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for modeling purposes._
- _ Validating and verifying the accuracy of financial models and ensuring they comply with relevant accounting principles and standards._
- _ Generating forecasts, budgeting models, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the financial feasibility and risk of proposed initiatives._
- _ Providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis of financial models to support strategic decision-making._
- _ Evaluating actual business performance and providing the insights through formulated financial model._

**_ SELECTION CRITERIA:_**
- _ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field._
- _ Experience with the same field for minimum 7 years. Experience working in 3_rd_ tier or above consulting firm would be advantageous._
- _ Eager to learn new skills and experience for career development._
- _ Holding Certification in Accounting would be preferable._
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _ Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Phyton, etc)._
- _ Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _ Ability to work independently and in a team environment._
- _ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously._
- _ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets._
- _ Willing to be based in Bandung._
