**The Role**: Senior Key Account Manager**
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored solutions to maximize their ROI. Your expertise in e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics, combined with your commercial focus and strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, anticipate their requirements, and provide exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with clients' objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of our software and tools to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.
- Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships, promote our brand, and generate new business leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
