- **Marketing team leadership & coordination (50%)**: You shall take de-facto leadership in company's marketing efforts and represent the team to cross-functional groups including sales, operations and management team.
Prior experience driving B2B marketing end-to-end with clear strategy and execution is needed.
Areas of focus may include, but not limited to:
- Develop, implement and execute a strategic company-wide marketing plan for the company, including key outcomes, procedures, resources and timeline in order to attract potential customers and retain existing customers.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services.
- Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with key stakeholders to create effective plans focused on growing the leads for our products and services.
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, result reporting, analyses and recommendations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure high-quality content production.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, with the support of outsourced editors or writers and in-house designers, and organizing the company's publications through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
You shall monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks. From time to time, you shall analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- **Drive engagements with clients and external partners (50%)**: You will work closely with company management, sales, operations and marketing support team to improve company's engagement with various external stakeholders. - Assists sales and partnership team to engage with external partners and clients, with the goal of maintaining cooperative relationships and additional upselling opportunities.
