**Key Responsibilities**:
- Align with internal and external stakeholders on Online Promotion Plans and Marketing Exposure
- Manage team members in delivering their daily, weekly and monthly tasks/target
- Create engaging harmonize campaign on all platforms
- Manage all orders, product upload, content, and stock across all market place stores
- Align with campaign team to deliver seamless customer journey and increase page conversion
**Requirements**:
- Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of experience in Growth & Product in a fast growth environment
- Product Strategy & Development (Marketplace): Experience in developing and co-creating product strategy (market needs, UVP, business goal, segmentation) and development to drive business outcomes in local market
- Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes
- Practical Functional Expertise: Understanding of marketing, finance, and operation to drive business outcomes
- Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders within or outside the organization to drive strategic initiatives to boost growth
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: Able to absorb a great deal of information about the business performance, analyze the data, and make clear and useful action plans
- Creative Problem Solving: Proven experience in solving complex problems and come up with out of the box solutions
- A powerful influencer, with in depth knowledge of how marketplaces work and then overly with the responsibility to ensure we drive profitable growth and protect our Brand Image
- Must be fluent to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Entrepreneurial / Intrapreneurial: experience in building business line/product line from 0 to 1
- Management consultant experience: proven experience in shaping and implementing business strategy.
