As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel's digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia's digital economy.INDICO believe we can reach beyond to empower Indonesians and enable businesses through our strong core values of EPIC WAY (Excellence, Positivity, Impactful Collaboration, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Accountability, Yes-if Mindset).**What you will do, but not limited to**:- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related reports in accordance with accounting principles and reporting standards.- Responsible for external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.- Propose and maintain the process of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)- Perform on Intercompany both for subsidiaries and holding company.- Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure proper account reconciliation and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.- Analyze financial report of Indico's portfolios and conduct process of consolidating all subsidiaries into the parent company.- Prepare report required by parent company.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and reporting function.- Review & update company accounting policy.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting and/or Finance, or any related field.- Have minimum 5-year experience in Public Accounting Firm, especially in Big Accounting Firm will be an advantage.- Experience in disclosure and have capability in performing disclosure financial statements.- Proficiency in accounting software and System Application Processing (SAP) is an advantage- Accounting skills expected: adequate understanding of Internal Control over Financial Report (ICOFR), Sarbanes-Oxley Act, general accounting journal, financial statement reporting processes and financial statement analysis.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.- Strong analytical skill, problem solving skill, and attention to detail- Able to work in team, has a strong leadership and time management skill- Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia- Must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure working environment- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.- Willing to learn and has a high curiosity on new things**Benefits**- Attractive total compensation of salary, festive allowance, and annual bonus- Private Health Insurance- Working device provided- Employee Development Program- Flexible Working Arrangement- Team's day out and Culture programs- Mental Health & Well-being program- Various club and Engagement activities
