**Job Description**:
- Maintain all the HR records in HRIS including leave request, work permission, employee database, etc
- Generate official internal documents such as appointment letters, salary slips, reference letters and warning letters
- Handle the monthly payroll process in an accurate manner including (tax, BPJS, and others relevant component)
- Ensure all mandatory reporting (tax & BPJS) are executed in timely manner
- Assist in talent management, people development and employee engagement
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Manage and handle general administrative related to People Operations
- Conduct exit interview and employee engagement survey results, analyze the insight and formulate initiative for implementation with clearly defined outcome
- Create and implement HR initiatives to support business needs
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in a tech startup
- Have experience handling payroll, BPJS, and tax
- Have experience handling employee benefits program (i.e.
health insurance, leave, etc.)
- Have experience using HRIS as admin
- Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse employees with different cultures and background
- Have good problem-solving and analytical skills, in addition to a proven track record of effective organizational skills
- Appreciate teamwork and have good IT competence (Google suite, Google Sheet, and related HR systems)
- Good understanding of labor compliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia
- Proficient communication skills in English is a plus
