**About the Role**
Mainly managing Indonesia People Operations and GA team. Working closely with People Operations in Regional offices.
**Job Descriptions**
- Serve as a crucial point of contact & advisor for employment regulations & people operations process between employees & managers.
- Support regulatory, compliance and audit related activities.
- Plan and direct online, offline & hybrid employee engagement events, which will promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture that will result in a positive experience and impact within the company.
- Manage and maintain an SLA to track response times for incoming employee queries.
- Seek and review potential blockers of various People Operations processes and ensuring improvement on daily tasks and suggest automation where needed.
- Partnering closely with Managers at Fazz to gain feedback from various teams about onboarding, offboarding and transition issues.
- Onboard, mentor, and nurture the careers of all people operations team members.
- Improve current people operations processes to ensure stability and scalability within people operations process to support the the current business needs.
- Manage the people operations and outsource management team as a team that continuously strive towards continuous growth, high performance, and team-work.
**Requirements**:
- Prior extensive experience in a People Operations role.
- You will have an eye for detail and unwavering commitment to improve and streamline processes with the aim of improving our employee experience.
- You have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- You are passionate about providing excellent internal client support across the entire organization, and have a technical curiosity in evolving trends in HR products and services.
- Experience coaching and leading a team in all areas to increase confidence and accountability.
