The Role As a pioneer member of our tech team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of AniLive, leveraging your expertise in QA methodologies and your passion for VTubing and anime culture. You will contribute to building resilient and scalable systems that deliver seamless user experiences.
Your responsibilities will include: Building the QA team and establishing a scalable QA process and methodology that integrates seamlessly with the development process and aims to minimize the possibility of issues, bugs, or usability problems that could adversely affect our users. Working closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide input on design considerations Designing and executing test cases while identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects and issues. Collaborating with the development team, providing detailed information on the circumstances of the defect and potential solutions Ideal Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience ideally in the entertainment sector's digital, social, and emerging technologies such as VTubing You have proven track record of creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. You are extremely passionate about the Otaku culture - Anime/Manga/VTuber You have experience with large-scale software projects or deliverables and can estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities. You are hands-on with tools like Notion, Google apps, Microsoft software, Slack, and Zoom etc. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
