Job Description Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channelsShortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicantsKeep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from usersPrepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidatesManage the employee databasePropose and coordinate HR projects Qualifications Previous experience in headhunting or outsourcing company preferredAble to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basisExcellent communication and management skillsDetail oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinkingComfortable with ambiguity and rapid changeAble to work with Microsoft OfficeKnowledgeable about Indonesian Labour LawsAt least 3 years experience in Headhunting or Recruitment
