Job description
**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
Be a 'recruitment best practice' champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting
**Professional Experience**:
- Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT Literate with MS Office suite
- Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
- Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
- Must have good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
