SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region.
We are currently building an internal Recruitment Agency to help us recruit for the start-up in our ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant that will be Responsible for:
**Job Description**:
Develop the numbers of new clients and prospect clients.
Build long-term and trusted relationships with new SMDV Portfolios and existing portfolios.
Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on the remuneration package.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team and clients.
Minimum holds Bachelor Degree from top tier university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment area.
Ability to be independent, creative, and accountable.
Previous experience in Head Hunting firm will be an advante.
Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude, and a quick learner.
Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful.
