About the role: Work with local sales leadership and regional enablement leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs, including the delivery of new hire bootcamps and role-based onboarding programs Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally across a regional, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business Deliver trainings on sales methodology and sales processes Provide coaching on sales calls and demos Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities Participate in the planning and execution of sales training events Provide ongoing support to the sales team, addressing queries, and offering guidance on sales enablement resources and tools. Build a strong relationship with the sales organization and be perceived as a trusted advisor Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and product updates to create relevant and impactful sales enablement content. Provide administrative support to the sales enablement function, including managing calendars and scheduling training Maintain and update databases, records, and sales enablement resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred. Client facing experience in a sales, presales or customer success role required Experience facilitating virtual workshops via Google Meets and use of the breakout room, whiteboard and polling features Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines Exceptional facilitation skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. Creative and strategic thinker. Preferred requirements: Experience with LMS and CMS or other similar tools Experience with learning tools Prior experience in sales productivity, training, sales, pre-sales, sales enablement #LI-VK1
