- Responsible for daily SRE support work such as monitoring and alarming, capacity planning, resource management, and campaign support for Shopee Games
- Based on the target of quick discovery, quick identify and quick recovery to improve the existing SRE work process
- Participate in the planning and development of automation tools and platforms for SRE, improve work efficiency and system stability
- Provide relevant technical solutions to the needs of products and development teams, provide timely feedback and promote optimization of problems and potential risks discovered during work.
- Responsible for 24/7 monitoring and response of Games business, respond promptly to live incidents, quick location and recovery, to ensure business stability.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Having a total of 4+ years working experience, 2+ years as an SRE/DevOps/System Engineer
- Expert in Shell Scripting and familiar with Python or Go
- In-depth understanding of Operating Systems, computer networking, and system architecture
- Experienced in CI/CD development and integration. Familiar with Gitlab, Jenkins, etc
- Familiar with container and container orchestration, such as k8s, including related underlying technology
- Familiar with common components,experience is preferred(such as DNS/CDN/Nginx/Redis/Kafka/ES/S3/MySQL)
- Familiar with observability systems such as metrics, logging, tracing, and profiling. Having experience in Prometheus and grafana is a plus point.
- Able to respond promptly to handle system-related incidents.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
