Develop social media strategy and planning for multiple official account posting calendars (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TiktTok, Youtube, etc.
- Responsible for creating & continuously improving high-engagement social media content that will reflect official and desirable brand awareness for the company.
- Develop & optimize strategies that can improve a company's search engine results rankings (ie: keyword/image optimization, SEO, SEM), increased social media traffic
- Daily monitoring and analysis of social media traffic flow/campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Actively manage social media comments to increase Engagement Rates and Follower growth
- Create keyword trend analytics reports every week
- Post a press release on social media or news websites
- Identify current trends to harness the power of trends
- Monitor competitors' digital movements and always be ready to provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in social media & digital marketing operations / SEO / SEM.
- Very creative and initiative to create content and adapt brand voice
- Social Media Enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube & more)
- Aware on the latest trends in digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills to create content and adapt brand voice to various social media platforms
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Independent, multi-tasker, has strong analytical, critical thinking and research skills.
- Able to make Press Releases
- Able to create guidelines or SOPs related to social media
- Able to create engagement level analysis reports
- Good work ethic, reliable and high integrity.
- Able to make weekly reports regarding Social Media Activities
- Able to manage a team
- English is mandatory
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
