**About The Role**

The Supply Chain and Procurement is a senior professional responsible for orchestrating every facet of our organization's supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to overseeing production and distribution. This role demands precision, as it entails coordinating the seamless flow of goods and materials, from acquisition to storage, to meet operational demands and customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to secure high-quality

materials, goods, and services while optimizing costs
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure reliable and cost-effective sources of supply
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to forecast product requirements accurately, avoiding shortages or excess inventory
- Manage the efficient movement of products through the supply chain, from production facilities to distribution centers and customers
- Optimize manufacturing and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency
- Continuously assess and enhance supply chain processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Managing operational strategy with vendors (manufacturers, logistics)

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in supply chain and procurement, with a track record of successful management and process improvement for at least 3-5 years
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
- Operations discipline attitude, someone who consistently adherence to best practices, processes, and standards to ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality in the delivery of products or services.
