**What will you do?**
**You will have full accountability for attracting and hiring outstanding talents for specific business group/function across Indonesia and South East Asia. As the functional advisory for Talent Acquisition, accountable for implementing the talent acquisition strategy. You will act as an advisor on talent acquisition matters, covering everything from sourcing strategies to onboarding top talent. Additionally, you'll likely enjoy the role of being an ambassador for our workplace culture, acting as a link between teams, departments, and individuals.**
**Responsibilities**
- ** Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence, be responsible for building positive relationships to establish credibility for TA function.**:
- ** Build strong talent pipelines by developing programs for proactive sourcing of qualified applicants and using employer branding initiatives.**:
- ** Ensure the data integrity of your portfolio by using Power BI and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and take charge of database management along with the metrics.**:
- ** Remained updated on organizational changes like acquisitions, reorganizations, and new product launches, as well as industry and technology trends that may impact hiring strategies and future needs.**
**Qualification and Experience**
- ** A Bachelor's degree in related field combined with a mix of in-house and external recruiting experience.**:
- ** An understanding of Indonesian and regional markets.**:
- ** Expertise in managing end to end recruitment processes and proficiency in search fields, including search strategies.**:
- ** Experience in CRM and/or applicant tracking systems, along with Microsoft Office products.**:
- ** Expertise in collecting metrics, developing dashboards, and delivering persuasive recruitment insights to businesses using data analysis.**:
- ** Having prior experience in a large, matrixed organization.**
