Job Descriptions:
- Developing an optimization plan for SEO, including but not limited to technical, on page and off page side
- Checking and monitor daily SEO performance and creating next plan to improve, revamp and optimizing the performance.
- Making coordination and collaborate with other related departments and PICs, such as IT, UI/UX, Merchandising, Product Information, Content, etc.
- Responsible for running the SEO improvement tasks as well as new SEO implementation tasks that expected help company get more conversions and reach the KPI.
- Perform an AB Testing when needed together with IT team to capture the sample result before doing the live implementation.
- Keep making research about keywords trends as well as Google's new algorithm & regulation as a reference for optimizing SEO performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals and related departments to align with company goals
- Manage any third parties whose hired by management's approval to help SEO tasks such as content optimizations, backlink implementation, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Having 1-2 year working experience as SEO Specialist
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog, etc
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
- Preferable: High initiative personality, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player, good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills
