Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Service Engineer Scheduler/Dispatcher to work in our Bekasi location. As our Scheduler/Dispatcher for Mettler Toledo, you will ensure any service level agreements with Mettler Toledo are fulfilled, that Field Service Technicians are fully utilized, and that the revenue and productivity goals of the organization are met. Also within this role, you will:
- Schedule and route technicians in accordance with the schedule for all known work, the customers' priorities, workload demands and the availability of materials from applicable sources to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze and make changes to Field Service Technicians' work assignments in order to meet dynamic requirements and demand requirements (unknown work).
- Contact customers to schedule planned maintenance visits and/or schedule and communicate changes, assist Field Service Technicians in obtaining information required to fulfill customer demands, and assist with order closure.
What You Need to Succeed
**Requirements**:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering with a minimum of two years of planning and/or scheduling experience in a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization; or a minimum of 3 years of the same experience.
- Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience is a plus.
- SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system is preferred.
- Good work ethic and discipline
- Having an Engineering background, with field experience minimum 2 years is a plus point
- Having experience on how to handle order management systems would be an advantage
- Display maturity through good communication skills and customer handling
- Effective delivery of the service demand to the field operations
- Able to work across multiple divisions in order to ensure service deliverables meet customer expectations
