**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and materials procurement.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
- Manage and motivate on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors, to address project requirements and concerns.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, labor and equipment logs, and material deliveries.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and senior management, providing updates on project status, issues, and risks.
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes on-site, fostering positive relationships with all project stakeholders.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.
