**?RESPONSIBILITIES?**
- Execute and implement a digital strategy for cultivating and managing an online community through social media.
- Manage and amplify the online voice and presence of company representatives.
- Initiate and/or respond to comments on content posts and in direct messages in a meaningful way to build trust and authority for the personal profile or company page.
- Assist in forming content to encourage users to follow the company or personal profile page.
- Oversee and facilitate conversation in social media groups.
- Track measurable indicators of success based on strategy and KPI goals.
- Analyze user behavior through available data to generate meaningful observational insights.
- Implement an agile daily approach to processes to enhance the effectiveness of the community growth campaign.
- Continuously develop one self's knowledge of the latest trends in social media communities.
**?REQUIREMENTS?**
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detailed tasks
- Strong task management and time management skills
- Comprehensive PC skills with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
- Proficiency with data entry in spreadsheets
- Experience designing in Canva is a plus
?**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**?
- Salary range: $320 - $350 USD monthly based on experience
- # days annual leave days, # days paid sick leave, and public bank holidays
