**About The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and KOL Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing various social media platforms, and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry.
- Develop and execute social media strategy to enhance brand identity
- Manage multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create engaging and informative social media content, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Identify and engage with industry-specific KOLs to drive brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Analyze and report on social media and KOL campaign performance to optimize future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to align social media and KOL initiatives with overall business goals
**Job Qualifications**
- Proven as a Social Media Manager or similar role at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- A pro at navigating the evolving Indonesian influencer landscape and identifying the perfect KOL fit.
- Have experience working in startups or marketing agencies
- Can rock a mean TikTok dance move (optional, but definitely impressive!)
- Able to use design & creative tools like Canva, Adobe
- Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to our diverse audience
- Familiarity with industry-specific KOLs and ability to establish and maintain relationships with them
- A creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral-worthy content that resonates with local audiences.
