**Position: Social Media Model Scout**

Are you passionate about scouting influencers/social media models online or in person?
Our Social Media Marketing Agency, is hiring new scouts from Indonesia with native & English communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:*
- Identify potential models on various platforms.
- Engage with potential models through direct messages and comments to gauge interest.
- Utilize personal contacts for model acquisition.
- Scout models in person, fostering direct relationships.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to assess partnership potential.
- Assist in negotiations and contract discussions with identified talent.
**Qualifications**:*
- Demonstrate good communication skills and confidence in speaking.
- Native speaker from Indonesia
- Good English skills for company internal communication
- A keen eye for identifying emerging talent.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms.
- Needs to have a good internet connection.
- Must have a computer to work.
**Location**:*
- Should be living near a big city in Indonesia or close to one
**Compensation**:*
The compensation for this position is commission-based, the flat fee or hourly rate can be negotiated based on experience and performance.
