**Job description & responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital activation strategies on various social media platforms
- Monitor and review social media engagement
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and creating buzz around new products
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and monitor queries
- Research and analyze competitor activity
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity in multiple social media platforms and up to date with the latest social media trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Canva
- Creative thinker
